From history

The property was built in 1900 by renowned builder Alexander Feigler and city engineer Ľudovít Eremit. It is located in the protected area known as the “Bratislava Monument Zone – Central City Area.”

It was created by merging two residential buildings, No. 12 and 14, both of which are considered state-protected cultural monuments.
